Took over our team “Productivity Efficiency” to scale both resources and tools suiting the Klarna hyper growth. From 4 to 25 in less than 3 years. Bringing in new tools to support Klarna during the Corona pandemic. Handled budget, salaries, personal growth, recruiting and contracts – all of course with the support of the team and specialized teams.
Atlassian Solution Architect February 2018 – February 2023
Joined Klarna full time as an Atlassian Solution Architect. Our team ran the Atlassian suit and implemented process execution support in primarily Jira. Supporting any process at Klarna, from regular development to different business processes like HR, Risk Control, Finance etc. Onboarding new teams to the tools to get day to day support from it.

A mix of different types of assignments at small and big companies, organizations and authorities. Both long term and short term assignments.
Configuring the tools, coaching of existing admins, workshops, training etc.
I was responsible for the Jira and Confluence instances at Com Hem during 4,5 years. Part of training and coaching during the implementation of Jira and Confluence at Arbetsförmedlingen. Supported teams at Klarna in their usage of the Atlassian tools during 3,5 years (~1 day per week).
Training 2014 – 2018
I evolved the training strategy, by adding more courses and expanding using Informator as a partner. I created more material for the courses and trained other trainers. I held training sessions in-house, at customer sites and at Informator and their customers. Courses for both end users and tool admins.
Consultant Manager February 2016 – February 2018
When Riada grew rapidly I took the responsibility for one of three teams with expert consultants (5-10 people) to give the CEO more time to focus on the core parts of the company. The role meant handling salaries, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, resource planning but also improving internal routines for invoicing, resource planning etc.

ISO-9001 certification and CE marking according to MDD. Work on improving quality in ways of working and tools. Running both internal and external audits.
Manager in maintenance October 2005 – April 2008
Part of building a new maintenance department. Part of this was expanding to outsourcing in Sri Lanka where we built a team of engineers supporting the customers.
This covered everything from incoming support issues, to planning of service packs (both content and timelines).
Maintenance roles September 2004 – September 2005
Customer responsible for a county. The customer voice internally and the person delivering first hand information about the ongoing situation. Broad technical knowledge, and project management and people skills was a bonus.
Responsible for a module which meant handling incoming support (mostly second line). Prioritizing and planning bug fixes, and service packs.
Responsible for customer deliveries meant planning and packing.
System Developer December 2000 – May 2004
4D and Java. Both maintaining existing services and developing new ones.
Assignments as trainer of end-users and experts of the system, application expert. Testing and documentation of the system on several levels.
Worked a lot with improving internal information and communication, and with this of course different tools.
